About the name
Turmitus combines image and energy: the name draws from the phrase "Turbo Indomitus" and evokes the sense of an emerging storm — a concentrated force that grows from many small impulses. At the same time, the US-style pronunciation of "Turmitus" subtly echoes the sound of "termites," invoking traits associated with ant or termite colonies: collective precision, endurance and the ability to achieve great things with minimal resources.
For us, that translates into focused thinking, disciplined execution and a strong commitment to security. Security and privacy are not afterthoughts — they are core principles of our approach.
